This intensive four-day training course equips participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills to establish, develop and implement, a Disaster Recovery Management system focused on Information technology infrastructure that can be tailored to their organization’s needs. Covering a wide range of topics, from foundational concepts to advanced techniques, the course provides a clear roadmap to enhance an organization’s resilience against disruptions. Though connected, these sessions will provide a clear distinction between Business continuity and Disaster recovery, despite several overlaps.

The training includes interactive sessions, real-world examples, and step-by-step guidance on:
• Initiating and managing a disaster recovery planning project, including defining scope, goals, and timelines.
• Conducting business impact analysis (BIA) and identifying critical processes and dependencies.
• Developing effective risk mitigation strategies aligned with recovery objectives.
• Establishing comprehensive disaster recovery plans (DRP), including communication and activation strategies.
• Testing disaster recovery plans through simulations and exercises to ensure robustness and adaptability.
