"Persistence and resilience only come from having been given the chance to work through difficult problems.” – Gever Tulley

Stay home and stay safe! Let us prove that humans are the most adaptable ones in this universe and even Corona Virus can't win over us.

While the world is still fighting with Delta variant of Corona Virus, the rise of two new variants - Omicron and the latest one IHU, is not a good news for the world.

It is unfortunate that some of us have been careful and unprotective while celebrating Christmas and New Year, the effect of which can be understood by the sudden surge of Covid-positive cases in India and across the world. Here are some of the proactive measures you can take to disrupt this surge:

  1. Ensure you are fully vaccinated

  2. Get your children vaccinated (15 to 18 years age)

  3. Always wear mask the moment you step out of your home

  4. Avoid touching anything outside. If you have, use sanitizers to clean your hands immediately

  5. Don't venture out unless it becomes mandatory

  6. Avoid going to any parties, celebrations, processions or any other mass gatherings

  7. If your locality / campus has Covid cases, stay at home and isolate from neighbours

  8. Keep your body hydrated and physically active

  9. If you find any symptoms for Covid in you our your family members, get them tested immediately and treat if required; quarantine as needed

  10. And most important of all - Avoid any negative thoughts in mind and be optimistic. Ultimately, not one is more powerful and stronger than us - The Humans

By following these measures, you will not only save yourself and your family, but the whole community. Think about this!
