BCBS (Basel Committee on Banking Supervision) has defined Operational Resilience in the simplest way as “.. the ability of a bank to deliver critical operations through disruption.” Replace ‘a bank’ with ‘an organization’ in this sentence and its valid for ALL ORGANIZATIONS.
